What are we?

We designed Hey Hey Wedding Day to be the little sister to Jenni Grubba Events. We found that so many of you are looking for less than full service planning. We've put together 3 simple options for you to choose from.

It’s so simple! We tell you exactly what we need in order to execute on your big day and provide you the platform in which to submit it. We’ll walk through timelines and etiquette as well as the production needs. Based on which package you choose, we’ll have a few calls (or cocktails) to tie up loose ends and voilà! Time for you to get hitched! 

We’re a bunch of well seasoned planners and we’re so excited to work with you! You’ll be given a dedicated planner at the beginning of this process and as wedding day approaches, another will join as support for your wedding day. 


Think your standard "Day-of" Planner plus a few special JGE perks. This is for the client who is super duper type-A and wants do everything on their own. Access to your planning portal begins immediately, but we don't step in until the 30-45 day mark. You are responsible for submitting timelines, floor plans, etc. per our deadlines.

Complete event management with 2 coordinators

This is our heart and soul package. Very similar to our MINI package but a bunch more bang for your buck!

Everything from MINI plus...

Access to your lead coordinator 4 months out for a much more hands on approach to those last few months. 

Rehearsal direction the day before

Take over of all vendor communications surrounding logistics and all pre-event needs for the venue and teams

Reminders and suggestions leading into your big day surrounding etiquette, gifts, tipping, final payments, etc.

Multiple wrap calls to ensure every detail is perfectly aligned with expectations and clearly outlined for your team

This is essentially a Partial Planning PLUS package.

Immediate access to your lead coordinator on a consultant basis

Budget guidance and consultation

Personal introductions to suggested vendors

Rentals management

Hands on approach to your final documents (seating charts, timelines, layouts, etc. for teams)

** If travel is required beyond 60 miles from the studio, we will require 2 beds for both rehearsal night and wedding night **

** If more than 10 hours is needed to successfully execute your wedding day (first in, last out), additional hours will be added at a rate of $300/hour **

** An additional charge of $500 per 25 person increment will be added beyond 150 guests **
